Trusts and Wills

These are the “tools of the trade” for estate planners. Trusts, wills and other useful documents can be the way you tell your family and friends how you want matters to be handled for you, during your life and after your death. Trusts are often used to allow comprehensive planning for estate tax, and to reduce the tax burden by completing the planning prior to death. Clients are often curious about different trusts, how they can be used, and why to choose one sort of trust over another. We are happy to review this confusing area in as much detail as each client requests.

Both trusts and wills can also allow us to lay the structure to provide for disabled individuals, minor children, the financially-incapable individual or a surviving spouse.  From simple to complex, we have designed and prepared estate plans for numerous clients.
