Trusts and Wills

These are the “tools of the trade” for estate planners. Trusts, wills and other useful documents can be the way you tell your family and friends how you want matters to be handled for you, both before you pass away and after. Trusts are often used to allow comprehensive planning for estate tax, and to reduce the tax burden so long as the planning is completed prior to death.

Both trusts and wills can also allow us to lay the structure to provide for disabled individuals, minor children, the financially-incapable individual or a surviving spouse.
